Sr. Analyst/ Analyst - Communication

Job Responsibilities:

  • Being a brand guardian: Understand Mazda brand DNA and review and ensure that all communication activities and materials are aligned with branding guideline
  • Developing and managing overall communications including above the line, below the line and other related activities
  • Plan, implement and monitor all communications activities to deliver the high impact and campaign effectiveness
  • Manage and work closely with advertising agencies, media agency, event organizers and suppliers to ensure that all communication tools as well as budget are utilized at the maximum level 
  • Plan and control timeline, budget and expenses of each communications campaign
  • Good knowledge of both above the line and below the line production process and understanding of digital communications


Qualification:

  • Age between 27 – 35 years old.
  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Mass Communications, Communication Arts, Advertising, Marketing or related field.
  • At least 5 years working experience directly related to advertising, marketing communications, and marketing
  • Strong knowledge and skills in developing communication executions
  • Professional with friendly attitude, energetic, initiative, self-driven, independent person. 
  • Good command in English communications, especially e-mail communication. Computer literacy (MS Office).
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good negotiation and communication skill.
  • Good personality, strong presentation skills and ability to liaise effectively with others

Aftersales Product Planning 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be Mazda local accessory development expert in the areas of engineering and manufacturing
  • Study and evaluate market requirement, trend of accessory and product improvement opportunity and turn into the program development and implementation for ASEAN markets.
  • Responsible for accessory program management.
  • Work with Mazda Corporation to attain vehicle engineering info of mainstream program that may be required for local accessory development
  • Work with vehicle modification center to ensure launch readiness, efficient production, manufacturing process and quality assurance
  • Develop and instruct installation guidelines and quality checklist for new accessories to support production at vehicle modification center and/or dealership
  • Ensure smooth production and part delivery on plan at vehicle modification center to meet monthly wholesale target
  • Measure quality problem after delivery and come up with countermeasure for long term improvement and customer satisfaction
  • Provide input and work with MC on future vehicle programs to ensure those products possess features which are relevant to ASEAN consumers and differentiate Mazda from competitive products.
  • Enhance Mazda local accessory business competency in regards to Variety of the items, Competitive feature, Competitive pricing
  • Ensure the readiness of accessory sample parts and pilot vehicles to support marketing launch activities i.e. photo shooting, TVC production, various launch events and Motor Show …
  • Collaborate with Mazda distributors in ASEAN countries to fulfill the responsibilities described here.
  • Provide engineering support to marketing R&D activities i.e. vehicle tuning, dress-up car development and contribution with technical information provision in test drive trip.
  • Coordinate accessory installation to Demo-cars and displayed vehicles at Motor-show with subcontracted suppliers as well as other departments within MST.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering in the area of Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering
  • Experience in auto accessory development and expertise in product design, vehicle packaging, testing and evaluation to meet automobile OEM standard at least 10 years
  • Familiar with auto accessories suppliers in Thailand and other ASEAN potential suppliers
  • Strong program management skill and ability to work under pressure to deliver the result on time with minimum supervision
  • Fluent in English communication both speaking and writing skill
  • Ability to travel in nationwide and overseas for business
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience of working with both local and foreign managers
  • Outgoing personality, capable of commanding respect at all organization levels
  • A passion for their product and the desire to be a winner is essential

Dealer Business Management

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be good representative
  • Provide support to develop dealers' wholesales and retail performance in order to achieve the dealer's monthly vehicle sale target.
  • Engage with dealer by close monitoring & consulting for the dealer's 6Ps (Place, Product, Pay-Plan, People, Process, Promotion) implementation in order to enhance showroom traffic and customer satisfaction according to Mazda policy
  • Strongly emphasize on building-up a strong sales and marketing business plan for each dealer as well as implementing a detailed sales process
  • Support & promote company products to achieve company/dealer revenue & profit targets.
  • Provide training to new sale staff & keep monitoring on sales process to ensure that they have good product knowledge and perfect selling skill all time.
  • Closely support dealers to ensure that dealer’s SC, SM, CRE, CRM manager and related persons provide quality sales work to customers and fulfil customer expectation & satisfaction.
  • Keep collect, update, analyse the market situation in local market about competitor movement. And also, propose feedback & solution options with PROs & CONs to management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Business (e.g. Business Management, Economics etc.) or Engineering
  • Basic literacy with computers
  • Business, analytical and financial skills
  • Good technical aptitude (product related)
  • Communications skills, written and verbal (high level)

Dealer Service Management

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation/promotion and administration of company programs such as Mazda Dealer Operation Standard (M-DOS), Quality Service Implementtion,  Customer Satisfaction-MSI survey, Technician Skills Contest.
  • Closely support dealers to ensure that dealer’s technicians / foreman & service advisor / DCRC / service manager and related persons provide quality service work to customers and fulfill customer expectation.
  • Develop dealer’s service people to increase technician skill continuously in order to provide excellent service work.
  • To change the satisfied customers become to loyalty customers through quality service provided.
  • Consult dealers on results against agreed business plan and implement relevant corrections to ensure dealers achieve parts/oil/accessory & CSI & Customer Retention & FIRFT objectives and work within an affordable aftermarket business structure
  • Ensure that dealers comply with all Company rules, guidelines and procedures relating to aftermarket business implement requirements of MST.
  • Support all new model launch activity such as initial parts stock, service tools, diagnostics and accessories.
  • Focus business planning on dealer mechanical workshop, body shop, parts wholesale and accessories, to maximize dealer aftermarket penetration.
  • Manage customer relations After Sales and Product concerns as and when required.
  • Ensure Mazda Warranty policy understand by dealership staff.
  • Audit dealers process performance for the aftermarket business as appropriate.
  • Ensure that dealers continuously measure and manage the quality of repairs/maintenance and agree corrective actions to achieve ongoing quality standards. Liaise with technical service representatives to ensure a consistent quality approach. (Fix It Right First Time - repairs and workshop quality)


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Business , Economics , Engineering or related
  • Having experience in Dealership parts and service operations or related more than  5 years
  • Having experience or knowledge about  Technical and/or non-technical support services.
  • Good communication, interpersonal , presentation and Customer handling skills.
  • Result-oriented and dynamic person
  • Good in writing and speaking English.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Possess a driving license and able to travel up-country.

 

Product Marketing Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure successful launch of new products (Enhance BRAND Image and Maximize Volume)
  • Develop the benchmark information to ensure competitive product content
  • Support Training team to develop points of sales materials for training
  • Manage product launch plan and coordinate with all parties in charge to ensure a successful launch of the product  
  • Communication of product marketing actions to all internal parties and dealer network
  • Develop product marketing plan to maximize volume, profit and brand image
  • Develop product marketing strategy to ensure volume, revenue and profit
  • Analyze the industry and competitors’ data and develop recommendation for product marketing approach
  • Define product/price positioning to ensure marketability and competitive advantage            
  • Watch the sales progress of Mazda product and develop the proposed product action if necessary
  • Coordinate with accessory development team to create the local action that support vehicle sales and ensure return on investment


Qualifications:

  • Age between 25 – 38 years old.
  • Bachelor Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering Management
  • At least 5 years working experience with automotive industry
  • Good understanding of marketing principals and techniques
  • Good understanding and knowledgeable in automotive industry segmentation

  • Planning publicity strategies and campaigns, primarily focusing on Corporate, Brand, Product and Service image enhancement
  • Dealing with enquiries from the public, the press, and related organizations
  • Supporting info for public interviews, press conferences and presentations
  • Designing, writing and/or producing presentations, press releases, articles, leaflets, ‘in-house' journals, reports, publicity brochures, information for web sites and promotional videos.
  • Plan and direct public relations programs designed to create and maintain a favorable public image for the company
  • Promote products and services through public relations initiatives.
  • Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, case studies, executive bios, corporate newsletter content, social media content, and speaking proposals
  • Identify, develop and execute communications strategy for key media contacts and customer references
  • Prepare briefing materials
  • Prepare CRS project


Qualifications:

  • Age between 27 – 35 years old.
